After missing out on the postseason last year, the Cubs are once again going to play meaningful October games. It's the fourth time in the last five years that the team has reached the postseason -- the first time they've accomplished that feat in club history.

It may also be the club's final chance to win another World Series with much of the same core that ended the 108-year drought in 2016. Jon Lester is set to become a free agent after the season and Kris Bryant's name kept getting mentioned in trade discussions over the offseason.
