No timetable given on return

PHOENIX -- D-backs outfielder A.J. Pollock underwent successful surgery on his fractured right elbow Tuesday afternoon, according to a release put out by the team.
The procedure was performed by team physicians Don Sheridan and Gary Waslewski.
A plate was placed on the olecranon fracture (tip of the elbow), and no timetable has yet been given for Pollock's return, though last week the outfielder said he hoped to be back before the end of the regular season.
This was Pollock's second surgery on the elbow, as he also suffered a fracture in it in March 2010.
