The D-backs revealed their 2016 promotional schedule on Monday, highlighted by four bobblehead nights for players such as Paul Goldschmidt and Zack Greinke as well as several special theme nights throughout the season.
Arizona will start the bobblehead giveaways on April 23, with A.J. Pollock's, followed by Goldschmidt's on July 2, Greinke's on Aug. 6 and David Peralta's on Sept. 17.
The club has unveiled some new giveaway items, including a D-backs Star Wars T-shirt (May 14, also Star Wars Night), a D-backs youth T-ball set (May 15), a D-backs pool bag (May 28), a D-backs BBQ apron (May 30), a D-backs tribal cap (June 11) and a D-backs replica batting practice pullover (Aug. 27).
Chase Field will play host to specialized theme nights throughout the season, including Social Media Night (April 29), Bark at the Park (May 1), Native American Recognition Day (June 11), Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular (July 4), Faith & Family Night (Aug. 26), Alumni Day (Aug. 27), Hispanic Heritage Day (Sept. 10), Sept. 11th Remembrance (Sept. 11) and D-backs Science of Baseball/STEM Showcase (Sept. 30).
The D-backs will also introduce Throwback Thursday, presented by Chase, when the team will wear purple and teal uniforms for five Thursday night games. Additionally, the team will include Friday Night Fireworks and Military and First Responder Sundays.
