The D-backs and catcher Chris Iannetta have agreed to a deal, the club announced on Friday.
According to the Arizona Republic, it is a one-year contract worth $1.5 million.

In 94 games with the Mariners last season, Iannetta hit .210 with seven home runs and 24 RBIs. 
An 11-year veteran who has also played with the Rockies and Angels, Iannetta has a .229 career average with 107 home runs.
