The players listed below are in position to provide difference-making stats for DraftKings participants on Tuesday.
José Altuve: With a lifetime .356/.406/.510 slash line against left-handers, the second baseman ranks among the best in baseball during those matchups. Altuve has the plate skills to reach base often against Yankees southpaw CC Sabathia (4.67 ERA, 1.40 WHIP since the outset of 2013) and the speed to swipe a base against Brian McCann, who has allowed more steals than all but three catchers in 2016.

George Springer: As a big leaguer, the outfielder has produced a .912 OPS against left-handers that exceeds his .788 mark vs. righties. With 21 homers, 72 runs and six steals across 451 plate appearances this season, Springer could contribute in multiple ways against a likely battery combination of McCann and the left-handed Sabathia.
Ryan Braun: With a lifetime .337/.405/.624 slash line against left-handers, Braun has proven to wield a potent bat in those matchups. The outfielder could thrive when he bats at his hitter-friendly home park against D-backs southpaw Patrick Corbin, who in his career has allowed right-handed hitters such as Braun to post a .764 OPS (.681 OPS allowed to lefty batters).

Jonathan Lucroy: The catcher could provide production at a premium position when he brings his lifetime .832 OPS against left-handers (.763 vs. righties) into a matchup with the left-handed Corbin (5.23ERA, 1.53 WHIP in 2016) and a D-backs bullpen that ranks 26th in the Majors with a 4.57 ERA. Also of note: Lucroy will attempt to put balls into play against an Arizona squad that ranks 29th in baseball with a .671 defensive efficiency ratio.
David Ortiz: In his prolific career, the slugger has produced an impressive .295/.398/.585 slash line against right-handers. Ranking second the American League with a .332 batting average, Ortiz could collect multiple hits and RBIs at the expense of righty Mike Pelfrey (career 4.54 ERA, 1.50 WHIP) and a Tigers bullpen that ranks 23rd in baseball with a 4.37 ERA.
Travis Shaw: The third baseman will be in position to improve on his lifetime .265/.339/.459 slash line against right-handers when he faces the right-handed Pelfrey, who has allowed left-handed hitters such as Shaw to post a .916 OPS this season (.835 OPS allowed to righty batters).
Anthony Rizzo: With 24 homers, 75 RBIs and a .394 on-base percentage, the first baseman has been one of the most productive players in baseball this season. Rizzo could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he bats at hitter-friendly U.S. Cellular Field against fly-ball-prone righty James Shields (1.6 HR/9 rate in 2016).

Addison Russell: The second-year shortstop owns notable lifetime splits that include a .757 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .609 mark vs. lefties. Russell could have a terrific game when he faces the right-handed Shields (4.99 ERA, 1.51 WHIP in 2016) at offense-inducing U.S. Cellular Field.
Jason Heyward: Hitting .228 this season, the outfielder could have a reduced price tag in DraftKings contests when he brings his lifetime .817 OPS against right-handers (.659 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the right-handed Shields (5.26 FIP in 2016).
Jake Lamb: Hitting .288 with 21 homers and 65 RBIs across 316 at-bats, the third baseman is in the midst of a breakout season. Lamb could continue to wield a productive bat when he brings his lifetime .846 OPS against right-handers (.604 vs. lefties) into a matchup at offense-inducing Miller Park against righty Matt Garza (5.69 ERA, 1.61 WHIP since the outset of 2015).
Buster Posey: With a lofty lifetime .326/.390/.560 slash line against left-handers, the catcher will be in great position to provide elite production when he tangles with rookie southpaw Cody Reed (6.75 ERA, 1.73 WHIP) and a Reds relief corps that ranks last in baseball with a 5.37 ERA.

Joey Votto: The first baseman has used a patient, powerful approach to build an impressive lifetime .315/.434/.544 slash line against right-handers. Votto -- who has posted an overall .359/.506/.578 slash line since June 7 -- could reach base often or score multiple runs when he faces Giants righty Matt Cain (5.83 ERA, 1.54 WHIP since the outset of 2015).
Chris Davis: With 148 homers since the outset of 2013, the first baseman is a prime candidate to go deep or drive in multiple runs when he hits at home against Chad Bettis (career 5.26 ERA, 1.53 WHIP) and a Rockies relief corps that ranks 29th in baseball with a 4.92 ERA. Also of note: Camden Yards has proven to be especially power-inducing for lefty sluggers such as Davis.
Ervin Santana: The right-hander has turned around his early-season struggles by posting a 2.03 ERA and a 0.93 WHIP across his past six outings. Santana could stay hot when he works at home against a Braves lineup that ranks last in baseball in OPS vs. righties (.655) and total home runs (61).
Doug Fister: With a 3.42 ERA, the right-hander is in the midst of a bounceback season. Fister could continue to limit the opposition when he works at home against a Yankees lineup that ranks 22nd in baseball in OPS vs. righties (.707) and 27th in OPS on the road (.682).
Marcus Stroman: Having posted a 4.90 ERA this season, the right-hander could have a reduced price tag in DraftKings contests when he tangles with a Padres lineup that ranks 29th in the Majors in OPS vs. righties (.674) and second in total strikeouts (910).

Kyle Hendricks: With a 2.27 ERA that ranks third in baseball this season, the right-hander has the skills to spin a gem when he takes on a White Sox lineup that ranks 23rd in the Majors with a .705 OPS against righties. Also working in Hendricks' favor: The Cubs lead the Majors by a wide margin with a .730 defensive efficiency ratio.
