Michael Conforto: The second-year outfielder has posted lopsided career splits, with a .901 OPS against right-handers in comparison to a .298 mark vs. lefties. Conforto could reach base often or drive in multiple runs when he meets up with Pirates righty Juan Nicasio (career 4.86 ERA, 1.46 WHIP).

Curtis Granderson: With a lifetime .856 OPS against right-handers (.695 vs. lefties), the outfielder has the plate skills to succeed against the right-handed Nicasio (4.75 ERA, 1.40 WHIP in 2016). Granderson could also swipe a base against Francisco Cervelli, who has allowed more steals than any other catcher since the outset of 2015.

Eric Hosmer: Since the outset of 2015, the first baseman has posted an impactful .325/.394/.524 slash line against right-handers. Hitting out of the cleanup spot, Hosmer -- hitting .321 with 10 homers across 212 at-bats this season -- could have an excellent game against Orioles righty Ubaldo Jimenez (career 4.10 ERA, 1.30 WHIP) at offense-inducing Camden Yards.
Kendrys Morales: Hitting .191 this season, Morales could have a reduced cost in DraftKings contests when he faces the right-handed Jimenez (6.59 ERA, 1.85 WHIP in 2016). In his career, the slugger has posted an .801 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .740 mark vs. lefties.
Josh Donaldson: Since joining the Blue Jays at the outset of 2015, the third baseman has registered a game-changing .304/.410/.614 slash line against left-handers. Donaldson may be worth a major investment in DraftKings contests when he faces Tigers southpaw Matt Boyd (career 6.75 ERA, 1.49 WHIP).
Russell Martin: Hitting .197 this season, the catcher could have a reduced DraftKings price tag when he brings his lifetime .802 OPS against left-handers (.734 vs. righties) into a matchup with the inexperienced southpaw Boyd (73 1/3 career innings). Martin could also excel late in the game against a Tigers bullpen that ranks 27th in baseball with a 4.64 ERA.

Devon Travis: The second-year second baseman will be in prime position to improve on his lifetime .288/.325/.507 slash line against left-handers when he tangles with the left-handed Boyd (career 5.99 FIP) and an unreliable Tigers relief corps.
Jhonny Peralta: The shortstop has posted a lifetime .790 OPS against left-handers that exceeds his .744 mark vs. righties. Peralta could provide production at a premium position when he returns from the disabled list to bat at hitter-friendly Great American Ball Park against southpaw John Lamb (career 5.71 ERA, 1.58 WHIP) and a Reds relief corps that ranks last in the Majors with a 6.51 ERA.
Stephen Piscotty: The sophomore outfielder -- hitting .311 this season -- owns an impressive career .364/.452/.589 slash line against left-handers. Piscotty could post a notable total in DraftKings contests when he faces the left-handed Lamb (5.58 ERA, 1.63 WHIP in 2016) and a suspect Reds bullpen at Cincy's offense-inducing venue.
Corey Seager: The shortstop will be in great position to improve on his impressive lifetime .301/.367/.540 slash line against right-handers when he faces righty Eddie Butler, who in his career has allowed left-handed hitters such as Seager to post a 1.052 OPS (.823 OPS allowed to righty batters). Seager could also thrive late in the game against a Rockies relief corps that ranks 24th in baseball with a 4.32 ERA.

Daniel Murphy: Hitting .384, the second baseman has been one of the most productive players at his premium position this season. Murphy could have an excellent game when he brings his lifetime .802 OPS against right-handers (.686 vs. lefties) into a matchup with White Sox righty Mat Latos (4.65 ERA, 1.34 WHIP since the outset of 2015) at hitter-friendly U.S. Cellular Field.
Bryce Harper: Since the outset of 2015, the outfielder has used an elite combination of power and patience to produce a .315/.462/.652 slash line against righties. Harper could post a difference-making total in DraftKings contests when he faces the right-handed Latos (4.02 ERA, 1.41 WHIP in 2016) at Chicago's homer-happy venue.
Paul Goldschmidt: With a lifetime .326/.429/.586 slash line against left-handers, the first baseman has proven to be among the best in baseball during those matchups. Goldschmidt could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he bats at his hitter-friendly home park against Rays southpaw Matt Moore, who has a 5.44 ERA and a 1.53 WHIP since returning from Tommy John surgery during the 2015 season.
Welington Castillo: The catcher has long fared best vs. left-handers, against whom he has a lifetime .860 OPS (.690 vs. righties). Castillo -- who has hit 24 homers across 437 at-bats as a member of the D-backs -- could display his power when he faces the left-handed Moore (5.46 ERA, 1.52 WHIP in 2016).
Kyle Hendricks: With a 3.36 ERA and a 1.09 WHIP in his career, the right-hander -- backed by a strong Cubs defense (MLB-best .739 defensive efficiency ratio) -- has become one of the NL's most reliable starters. Hendricks could have an excellent game when he faces a Phillies lineup that ranks 28th in the Majors with a .669 OPS against righties.
Mike Leake: After a slow start to his Cardinals career, the right-hander has posted a 1.59 ERA and a 0.94 WHIP across his past five outings. Leake could post a handful of effective innings when he faces a Reds lineup that ranks 21st in the Majors with a .711 OPS vs. righties and earn a win if his productive supporting cast succeeds against Lamb and an unstable Reds relief corps.

Joe Ross: With a 3.08 ERA and a 1.13 WHIP in his career, the sophomore right-hander has already emerged as a reliable option for DraftKings participants. Ross could spin a gem when he faces a White Sox lineup that ranks 27th in the Majors with a .681 OPS against righties.
