The Arizona Diamondbacks for the fourth consecutive year have been named one of Arizona’s Top Workplaces, ranking No. 9 in the Mid-Size Company category (150-499 employees), by The Arizona Republic and azcentral.com in partnership with employee-driven survey company Energage.

"We are incredibly proud our employees have recognized us as one of Arizona's Top Workplaces," said Derrick Hall, D-backs President, CEO & General Partner. "We have always believed when you invest in people and create a culture built on trust, respect and genuine care for one another, success follows. This recognition belongs to every Team Player who helps make the Diamondbacks a place where people feel valued, connected and inspired to come to work each day."

The ranking recognizes organizations that foster exceptional, people-first workplace cultures built on employee engagement, connection and workplace excellence. The survey is based entirely on confidential employee feedback and measures several workplace experience themes proven to drive organizational success, including pay and benefits, direction, leadership, meaningfulness and appreciation.

The Diamondbacks’ reputation as one of Arizona's most respected employers has been built on a longstanding record of workplace excellence and an exceptional culture centered on collaboration, innovation, development and empowering Team Players to grow personally and professionally.

The team’s additional workplace honors include Phoenix Business Journal’s Best Places to Work from 2007-24; Az Business and BestCompaniesAZ’s Most Admired Companies in 2011, ’13-16, ’18-19, ‘22 and ’24 as well as the Spotlight Award in 2019, Workplace Culture Award in 2013 and Leadership Excellence Award in 2011; and Forbes’ Best Sports Franchises to Work For in 2017.
