Seager, Ethier among players nearing returns

PHOENIX -- Injured Dodgers are healing.
Shortstop , out since March 4 with a strained oblique, was scheduled for his third consecutive day on the field Saturday and first full-day workout.
Outfielder , out since March 7 with hip tightness, was in Saturday's starting lineup for the first time. He pinch-hit Friday night.
Reliever , out since Feb. 23 with a bruised right thumb, will throw his first bullpen session on Sunday since taking a comebacker while pitching live batting practice.
However, reliever was not on the field on Saturday after playing catch on Friday. He returned from the World Baseball Classic with back soreness that developed on the flight to Arizona.
Acting manager Bob Geren also reported that Rich Hill will pitch in a Minor League game on Sunday to continue working on his command in a controlled environment.
, who is having a solid Spring, will take Hill's start for the Dodgers on Sunday against Team Japan.
Geren also said will start on Monday and will start on Tuesday. is expected to pitch on Monday, but at this point it, appears he will start the season in extended Spring Training.
Manager Dave Roberts is still with family after the sudden death of his father on Friday. There is no timetable for his return.
Ike Davis returned to action from the Classic and Rob Segedin was in the lineup after missing Friday night's game with a bad stomach.
