The Dodgers and Cubs have revealed their starting lineups for Game 5 of the National League Championship Series presented by Camping World. Los Angeles skipper Dave Roberts has shuffled his lineup considerably to face Cubs left-hander Jose Quintana, while Chicago manager Joe Maddon has made only one notable change as Benjamin Zobrist returns to the lineup.
Los Angeles leads the best-of-seven series, 3-1, and has ace Clayton Kershaw on the hill. A win tonight at Wrigley Field would put the Dodgers in the World Series for the first time since 1988. Quintana will try to thwart Kershaw and the Dodgers.

The Dodgers will have Chris Taylor leading off and playing center field, and Yasiel Puig in right field and batting cleanup. But the rest of the lineup looks markedly different, as Roberts loads up the batting order with right-handed hitters against Quintana.
Justin Turner and Cody Bellinger swap spots in the lineup from Game 4, with Turner -- who's batting .385 with two homers in the series -- hitting second and playing third base, and Bellinger hitting third and manning first base.
Puig bats fourth, followed by four players who were not in the starting lineup for Game 4: John Forsythe bats fifth and plays second base, Enrique Hernandez bats sixth and plays left field, Austin Barnes catches and bats seventh, and Charlie Culberson plays shortstop and bats eighth. Regular starting shortstop Corey Seager remains out with a back injury. Kershaw pitches and bats ninth.
Forsythe is 6-for-12 with three doubles and a homer in his career against Quintana. Taylor is 3-for-5 (.600) with three singles. Outside of those two, the rest of the lineup has limited history or success against the southpaw.
For the Cubs, Zobrist will play right field in place of Game 4 starter Jonathan Jay. Zobrist bats eighth, and the rest of Chicago's lineup remains the same as it was for Game 4, with another left-hander on the mound in Kershaw.
Albert Almora Jr. leads off and plays center field, followed by Kyle Schwarber in left, Kristopher Bryant at third base, Anthony Rizzo at first base, Willson Contreras behind the plate, Addison Russell at shortstop, Javier Baez at second base, Zobrist in right field and Quintana on the mound.
Rizzo, Contreras and Almora have enjoyed success against Kershaw in their career. Rizzo is 7-for-20 (.350) with two doubles and three home runs against the three-time NL Cy Young Award winner. Contreras has five hits -- including two homers -- in nine at-bats (.556) against Kershaw, while Almora is 3-for-7 (.429) with a homer.
Contreras went deep in Game 4 off the Wrigley Field scoreboard in left field, while Baez added two homers of his own, his first two hits of the postseason. Kershaw has given up five homers in 11 1/3 innings this postseason.
