Friday night’s scheduled game between the Johnson City Doughboys and the Elizabethton River Riders has been postponed due to poor field conditions.

The game will be made up as a seven-inning contest on August 4 at TVA Credit Union Ballpark.

Johnson City (4-3) will next welcome Greeneville (4-3) to town this weekend for a two-game series at TVA Credit Union Ballpark. The Doughboys and Flyboys are currently tied for first in the Appalachian League’s West Division.

First pitch on Saturday is set for 7 p.m., while first pitch Sunday will be at 5:30 p.m.
