Better late than never! Phillies OF puts on sunglasses with fly ball in midair

Somewhere between the crack of the bat and the ball hitting his glove, Phillies outfielder found time to put on his shades.

Playing right field in Sunday afternoon's 6-1 loss to the Mets at Citizens Bank Park, Rincones (the Phillies' No. 6 prospect) appeared to lose Carson Benge’s towering fly ball in the sun in the top of the second inning. But he didn’t panic.

With the ball still in flight, Rincones grabbed his sunglasses off his hat, slapped them on, looked back toward the sky and located the ball in time to make the catch.

The timely wardrobe adjustment turned what could have been an embarrassing misplay into one of the more unusual flyouts you'll see -- and maybe the most stylish, too.
