Whether a Minor League team has had an outstanding first half of the season or it's been a bumpier road than expected, fans can always rely on one common ballpark giveaway for an encouraging nod.
Ever optimistic, unceasingly agreeable, bobbleheads brighten any room and bring back the best memories of a great day at the old ballyard. And of course in the Minor Leagues, bobbleheads tend to be just a little more creative, a little sillier, a little more wacky.
Here are nine of the greatest ones MiLB clubs put out in the first half of the 2026 season.
John Oliver Moon Mammoths bobblehead
Erie SeaWolves (Double-A DET)
Last season the SeaWolves played as the Moon Mammoths, an alternate identity created for the team by John Oliver and his staff on "Last Week Tonight." This moniker, and its corresponding deep purple logo set, celebrates a man named George Moon and his discovery of mammoth bones at the bottom of Erie's Lake Pleasant. The Moon Mammoths have returned in 2026 with a tribute to the man who made it all happen: attendees to the game on July 11 received a John Oliver bobblehead with Oliver captured midstride, presumably dashing from throwing out a first pitch to emceeing a mascot race to vending concessions as he did at the Moon Mammoths debut.

Marty Prather Sign Man bobblehead
Springfield Cardinals (Double-A STL)
Marty "The Sign Man" Prather, a St. Louis Cardinals superfan, passed away last September at the age of 67. Over the course of more than four decades, beginning with the 1985 World Series, he could be spotted at Cardinals games holding up signs with original artwork and witty text. Prather hailed from Springfield, and on June 12, his hometown Minor League team (a Cardinals affiliate, natch) honored him with a bobblehead. Maybe the coolest thing about the Double-A Cards' tribute? Fans came fully prepared to honor The Sign Man in their own ways.

Alabama Peanut Runners bobblehead
Montgomery Biscuits (Double-A TB)
Last season, Montgomery's Double-A partnered with Tuskegee University to create a multifaceted celebration of Alabaman hero Dr. George Washington Carver, which included introducing a new alternate identity -- the Alabama Peanut Runners ("runners" being a variety of peanut grown in Alabama). The Peanut Runners returned in 2026, with the team giving out a peanut runner bobblehead -- and it was glorious -- on April 24.

Wyatt "Florida Man" Langford bobblehead
Frisco RoughRiders (Double-A TEX)
Rangers outfielder Wyatt Langford, a Florida native, was a Florida Gators phenom prior to being selected in the first round of the 2023 Draft. This has inspired the RoughRiders, for whom Langford played a handful of games during his meteoric rise through the Minors, to give away a bobblehead featuring him holding a literal gator. This is, according to stereotype, the sort of thing that Florida men do. Langford is nothing if not a Florida man.

Arturo "El Búfalo" Disla bobblehead
Hub City Spartanburgers (High-A TEX)
Arturo "El Búfalo" Disla emerged as a fan favorite during the Spartanburgers' 2025 inaugural season, owing to his slugging prowess, effervescent personality and rotund body type. The 25-year-old native of the Dominican Republic was promoted to Double-A Frisco on May 13 -- a bump up that came with a downside. It meant Disla missed out on Hub City's May 19 "We Love Disla Night," at which 1,000 fans received a bobblehead featuring Disla in full uniform riding a buffalo.

Stan Musial Military Bobblehead
Springfield Cardinals (Double-A Cardinals)
Springfield went bobblehead bezerk last month, giving out not only the aforementioned one-of-a-kind "Sign Man" bobblehead, but also a JJ Wetherholt one (commemorating his 2025 Texas League MVP campaign) on June 13 and this June 27 salute to the military service of Stan Musial, who was in the U.S. Navy for 15 months starting in January of 1945.

Corbin Bernsen (as Roger Dorn) bobblehead
Akron RubberDucks (Double-A CLE)
Actor Corbin Bernsen may be most widely known for his Emmy- and Golden Globe-nominated role of Arnie Becker on "L.A. Law," but for a lot of baseball fans, he'll always be Roger Dorn, the temperamental third baseman in the "Major League" films. The RubberDucks have had a relationship with Bernsen for years, and although he was working in the U.K. during the July 11 "Major League" Night this season, he sent in a taped message the club played on the videoboard. His one ask? That somebody save him one of these Roger Dorn bobbleheads.

Frank Sinatra bobblehead
Brooklyn Cyclones (High-A NYM)
The Cyclones gave fans an extra reason to want to be a part of it at Maimonides Park on July 10, their Italian Night, by giving away Ol' Blue Eyes himself in bobblehead form. The Sinatra bobblehead features the Chairman of the Board, larger than life, leaning against the Empire State Building and looking very much like A No. 1, top of the list, king of the hill. The very next night, the Cyclones gave out a "King of Queens" Bobblehead and their gold-standard "Seinfeld Night" -- this year featuring multiple bobblehead options -- is coming up on Aug. 1.
Buffalo Chicken Tender bobblehead
New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Double-A TOR)
Undoubtedly the most tender bobblehead of the first half, New Hampshire's buffalo tender giveaway item of July 12 is an instance of the Fisher Cats expanding their poultry-oriented alternate identity suite into bobblehead form. It's also the first of three -- the other two being coconut tender and original tender -- bobbleheads that group together to create a basket of tenders with (in vaguely macabre fashion) chicken heads with angelic wings protruding and bobbling above.

And an unforgettable bobblehead moment...
The Binghamton Rumble Ponies (Double-A NYM) celebrated Canada Day on July 1 with a Jonah Tong "Canadian Cannon" bobblehead. Pretty cool. Even cooler? Jonah Tong's parents were at the Binghamton gates, greeting fans and handing out the bobblehead featuring their son.
