To honor and thank them for their service, the Indians will offer a special ticket discount to military members and their families. Starting Memorial Day weekend (this Friday-Sunday), military members and their families will be able to save up to 20 percent on tickets to select games.
"Military members and their families have made incredible sacrifices for our country, and this is a small way of thanking them for that sacrifice," said Tribe senior vice president of public affairs Bob DiBiasio in a statement.
The discount will available only online and for select locations at Progressive Field such as Field Box Back, Family Deck, Upper Box and Outfield Club. All discount details and military verification is available at Indians.com/military.
The Indians will return home from their road trip on Friday. The Tribe will have a 10-game homestand starting with a three-game weekend set with the Orioles.
