Josh Hader dazzled in his Triple-A debut for Colorado Springs on Sunday as he struck out a season-high nine hitters over six innings. The Sky Sox offense did little to support the Brewers' No. 4 prospect's fine effort, collecting just three hits in a 5-0 loss to Memphis.
Hader, No. 55 on the Top 100, allowed two runs on one hit and four walks, with 57 of his 100 pitches going for strikes. The 22-year-old southpaw recorded five strikeouts over the first two innings before running into trouble in the third, when he issued a leadoff walk, hit a batter and then surrendered a two-run double to Tommy Pham.
Prior to his promotion, Hader was pacing the Southern League with a 0.95 ERA in 11 starts for Double-A Biloxi, with 73 strikeouts and 19 walks. Opposing hitters were batting just .194 with one home run against him.

The rest of the best performances from top prospects Sunday
• Nos. 22 and 23 overall prospects Bradley Zimmer and Clint Frazier both went 3-for-5 at the plate in Double-A Akron's 7-6 loss to Harrisburg. Zimmer (Indians' No. 1) hit his 10th home run and scored a pair of runs in the contest, while Frazier (Indians' No. 2) tallied his 19th double as notched three RBIs.

• No. 27 overall prospect Aaron Judge (Yankees' No. 2) connected on his second home run in as many games for Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre in an 8-5 win over Columbus. The 24-year-old outfielder has swung a hot bat recently, with a .389 average and 14 runs scored over his last 10 games.
• Cubs No. 20 prospect Dan Vogelbach blasted his 10th home run as part of a 3-for-4 showing at the plate for Triple-A Iowa in a loss against Round Rock. The 23-year-old is hitting .313/.430/.533 with 42 RBIs in 57 games.

• Dodgers No. 15 prospect Willie Calhoun homered for a second straight game, but it wasn't enough to keep Double-A Tulsa from falling to Springfield, 4-3. He's hit five homers in his past nine games and 12 for the season. The 2015 fourth-rounder is hitting .271 with 15 doubles and 40 RBIs through 60 games in his first full professional season.
• Giants No. 6 prospect Sam Coonrod struck out a season-high eight hitters over eight innings as Class A Advanced San Jose defeated Modesto in 11 innings, 2-1. The 2014 fifth-rounder allowed one unearned run on five hits to lower his season ERA to 1.98, the second-best mark in the California League.
• Indians No. 22 prospect Tyler Krieger went 2-for-4 with a triple to extend his hitting streak to 22 games in Class A Lake County's win against Great Lakes. The 22-year-old Clemson product -- who is making his professional debut -- owns a .332/.405/.456 line.
• In what was one of the more dominant outings in the Minors this season, Marlins No. 18 prospect Chris Paddack struck out 11 of the 16 hitters he faced as he fired five no-hit innings for Class A Greensboro in a 6-0 shutout against Rome. An eighth-round selection in the 2015 Draft, Paddack has posted a 1.47 ERA with a 0.66 WHIP and a 31/2 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 18 1/3 innings to begin his first full season.
• Rockies No. 12 prospect German Marquez fired seven one-run innings to pace Double-A Hartford in a 5-1 win against Binghamton. He scattered seven hits, walked two and struck out seven, with 61 of his 95 pitches going for strikes. The 21-year-old righty owns a 2.88 ERA with a 66/19 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 72 innings this season in his first taste of the Double-A level.
• In the same game that Coonrod worked eight innings, Rockies No. 29 prospect Yency Almonte tossed eight innings of one-run ball, striking out a season-high eight batters. After his strong outing, the 22-year-old righty owns a sub-4.00 ERA (3.75) for the first time since May 26.
• Daniel Palka was at it again on Sunday as the Twins' No. 28 prospect hit his Southern League-leading 16th home run for Double-A Chattanooga in a loss against Tennessee. He's put up ridiculous numbers in June, with a .341/.415/1.068 slash line and nine home runs in 12 games.
