PHILADELPHIA -- Kyle Schwarber keeps hitting home runs for the Phillies.
He crushed the 350th home run of his career in the first inning in Game 1 of Thursday’s split doubleheader against the Giants at Citizens Bank Park. Schwarber hit a 3-2 cutter from Giants right-hander Logan Webb at 113.0 mph, sending the ball a Statcast-projected 406 feet into the second deck in right field.
It was the 197th homer of Schwarber’s Phillies career and his 10th homer this season.
