Matt Harvey continued to progress toward a return to the Mets' rotation with his third Minor League rehab outing on Monday. Harvey started and pitched three innings for Double-A Binghamton in the Rumble Ponies' Eastern League matchup against New Hampshire at NYSEG Stadium. He gave up two runs on four hits with three strikeouts and on walk. Harvey threw 53 pitches (31 strikes).
