Watch stretch run on MLB.TV for just $24.99

August 31st, 2020

For the first time in MLB history, 16 teams will earn a spot in the postseason. But there's less than one month left for clubs to secure those precious spots.

The 2020 stretch run is here, and every game from here on out is a must-win. There’s no better place to catch all the frantic action than on MLB.TV, the best streaming service in professional sports, which is now being offered for a subscription cost of just $24.99.

There’s plenty of intrigue on Monday’s schedule alone.

The action starts off with a pair of American League East clubs that are both in the hunt for a postseason berth, as the Blue Jays host the Orioles at 2:07 p.m. ET. With the Rays and Yankees -- who square off at 7:05 p.m. at Yankee Stadium -- in possession of the top two spots in the AL East and three AL Central teams well above .500, Toronto and Baltimore could be contending for the AL's eighth and final playoff spot.

Also at 7:05 p.m. ET., the Phillies host the defending World Series champion Nationals at Citizens Bank Park. Both are sitting outside the top two guaranteed playoff spots in the National League East.

Meanwhile, the Reds host the Cardinals at 6:40 p.m. ET. With the Cubs off to a hot start, Cincinnati, St. Louis and Milwaukee are all battling for the second automatic playoff spot in the super-competitive NL Central.
