CHICAGO -- A small part of the White Sox rebuild will be on display at the 2017 SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game, which will be played at 3 p.m. CT on Sunday, July 9, at Marlins Park in Miami and can be viewed live on MLB Network and MLB.com. Rosters for the U.S. and World teams were announced Thursday.
Second baseman Yoan Moncada, rated as the game's top prospect by MLBPipeline.com, will be part of the World squad. Moncada won the MVP Award in this competition last season while playing as part of the Boston organization.
Right-hander Michael Kopech and catcher Zack Collins were selected for the U.S. team.

"It's overall a very strong roster, both on the World and the USA side," White Sox general manager Rick Hahn said. "And I think it's a nice tribute to those three individuals that they were named to the squad.
"The fact we were able to get three this year is a nice feather in the cap of the organization. It's really those players and the staffs that have worked with them that have earned that right."
In its 19th year, the Futures Game features top Minor League prospects competing in a nine-inning contest as part of All-Star Sunday. Major League Baseball, in conjunction with MLB.com, Baseball America and the 30 Major League Clubs, selected the 25 players named to each team.
Each Major League organization is represented, and players from all full-season Minor Leagues were eligible to be selected.
Moncada, 22, has a .280 average and .833 OPS in 65 games for Triple-A Charlotte. The Cuban native has 10 home runs among his 22 extra-base hits and 15 stolen bases in 18 attempts.
Kopech, 21, posted a 4-4 record and 3.38 ERA over 14 starts for Double-A Birmingham. The hard-throwing right-hander -- ranked as the White Sox No. 2 prospect -- has fanned 94 and walked 46 over 72 innings, with a .183 batting average against.

Collins, 22, produced a .211 average for Class A Winston-Salem but also holds a .368 on-base percentage to go with 10 home runs and 23 extra-base hits in his first full professional season. He is rated as the club's No. 7 prospect.

Tommy Thompson, the White Sox Minor League camp coordinator/assistant for player development, will serve as bullpen coach on the U.S. team. Luis Sierra, a pregame instructor for the White Sox, will be one of the coaches on the World team.
"That's pretty cool," White Sox manager Rick Renteria said. "Having all three of those guys selected and to be a part of that is special for them and special for us as an organization, obviously. It's a positive thing and indicative of things the organization is trying to do."
