WASHINGTON -- The Dodgers are on the verge of advancing to the National League Championship Series once again. The Nationals are hoping to secure one more trip to Los Angeles this season.

After seizing control of the NL Division Series with a 2-1 series lead, the Dodgers will send left-hander Rich Hill to the mound for his first start since Sept. 29, hoping to wrap up this series and continue their pursuit of a title. Washington will send Max Scherzer to the mound to try and save its season on Monday night at Nationals Park and avoid disappointment in the NLDS once again.

When is the game and how can I watch it?
Game 4 will be tonight at 6:40 ET on TBS.

All games telecast on TBS, FOX and FS1 will be available to MLB.TV subscribers who are authenticated subscribers to the applicable network through a participating pay TV provider.

What do the starting lineups look like?
Dodgers: The offense finally broke out in Game 3, but the Dodgers will sit , who is 0-for-11 with nine strikeouts in the series, and start Matt Beaty in left field.

Nationals: For all the talk about the Nationals pitching plans, they need their offense to wake up if they are going to win this series. Through the first three games, they have posted a slash line of .189/.270/.279.

Who are the starting pitchers?
Dodgers:
Hill (4-1, 2.45 ERA) willed his way back into the picture after being injured most of the last three months. He’s likely to be capped at four innings. Ross Stripling is the primary long reliever, and he hasn’t pitched in the series.

Nationals: Scherzer (11-7, 2.92 ERA) will pitch his second elimination game in a week here at Nationals Park, trying to push this series back to Los Angeles. He gave up three runs on a pair of homers in five innings in his start against the Brewers in the NL Wild Card Game and fired a scoreless eighth inning in relief on Friday night in Los Angeles.

How will the bullpens line up after the starters?
Dodgers: ’s struggles might mean remains the ninth-inning closer, although is pitching as well as anyone out of the bullpen, and he faced only two batters in Game 3. has retired the only batter he’s faced, Soto, once each game.

Nationals: So what now for the Nationals? They seem to be out of starting pitchers to piggyback with Scherzer unless they are willing to turn to Stephen Strasburg, who is in line to start a potential Game 5. The Nats are likely to have both and for more than three outs, and considering the performance from the rest of the bullpen, those might be the only relievers Washington is comfortable putting into a game.

Are there any relievers who are unavailable?
Dodgers: Julio Urías pitched two innings in Game 3 and probably will be down for Game 4.

Nationals: Not with the season on the line.

Any injuries of note?
Dodgers: No.

Nationals: did not start in Game 3 on Sunday night after an MRI exam revealed a mild right hamstring strain. He was out of the lineup again for Game 4.

Who is hot and who is not?
Dodgers:
Turner had a homer, double and single in Game 3 and has hit safely in 10 straight NLDS games, batting .390 (16-for-41) with two homers and 10 RBIs. Since 2015, he has hit safely in 19 of 20 NLDS games. is equally a postseason monster and on Sunday became only the fourth player in postseason history to come off the bench with a three-hit game.

Nationals: Soto on Sunday became the eighth player in MLB history with a postseason homer before his 21st birthday. Rendon is 3-for-10 this series with a double, an RBI, three walks and a run scored. But, overall, this Nats lineup has been a quiet one, carrying a .549 OPS into Game 4.
