As part of NBC and Peacock's Star-Spangled Sunday promotion this 4th of July weekend -- in which all games this Sunday will air on Peacock -- NBC is bringing Star-Spangled Sundaes to a pair of baseball cities ahead of the weekend's festivities.

On Friday, NBC will host ice cream trucks in both Atlanta and Los Angeles ahead of the day's games for the Braves and Dodgers. Additionally, local ice cream shops across 13 MLB markets will join the promotion, serving complimentary sundaes in themed baseball helmets throughout the day until supplies run out.

The L.A. and Atlanta trucks will be at the following locations from 12-6 p.m. local time.

  • Atlanta -- The Battery, 800 Battery Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30339
  • Los Angeles -- Downtown Santa Monica on the corner of Santa Monica Ave / 3rd Street, near the Dodgers Store

Each truck will be serving vanilla or chocolate Blue Bunny ice cream, as well as the classic summer popsicle the Bomb Pop.

On Saturday, the trucks will move to drive-in theaters in California and Georgia as part of MLB's Summer Drive-In events taking place in four markets around the country.
