Cubs right-hander Neil Ramirez has been reinstated from the bereavement list for Sunday's series finale against the Nationals, replacing right-hander Spencer Patton, who was optioned to Triple-A Iowa on Saturday.
Ramirez, who has a 4.50 ERA in six appearances this season, was placed on the bereavement list Thursday to attend his grandmother's funeral.
Patton allowed one run in his lone appearance for the Cubs on Saturday.
