Oklahoma's Gray named Pitcher of the Year

Junior right-hander posted 10-3 record, 1.64 ERA in 126 1/3 innings

LUBBOCK, Texas -- The College Baseball Hall of Fame is proud to announce Jonathan Gray as the winner of the 2013 Pitcher of the Year Award, sponsored by Diamond Sports.
The Oklahoma junior had an outstanding 10-3 record with a 1.64 ERA and four complete games. In 126 1/3 innings pitched, he had 147 strikeouts, a .189 opponents' batting average, and gave up just one home run during the 2013 season.
"There were some truly exceptional pitchers this year, but Jonathan clearly distinguished himself," said Raymond Richardson, Pitcher of the Year chairman. "He put up really impressive numbers. He's a great choice for the best pitcher in the country."
