The Orioles acquired right-hander Yefry Ramirez from New York for international signing bonus pool money, the Yankees announced Monday.Ramirez, 23, is 10-3 with a 3.41 ERA in 18 starts for Double-A Trenton this season.The deal provides Baltimore with additional Minor League pitching depth and helps open up a spot on
