The Padres return home from their fourth road trip of the 2026 season to start their fifth homestand of the season. The nine game, 10-day homestand begins Monday with the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers. With large crowds anticipated, fans are encouraged to arrive early and consider utilizing the Trolley, COASTER or ride share to America’s #1 Ballpark.
The Padres are opening a special City Connect gameday experience at Petco Park on Monday. La Experiencia is a new immersive pop up located in the Candy Factory Building adjacent to Gallagher Square. La Experiencia, which is accessible to ticketed fans every Padres home game this season, is designed to celebrate the culture, creativity and community behind the Padres City Connect identity, blending art, fashion, music, food and local storytelling into a vibrant gameday destination. Star Wars™ Weekend begins Friday at Petco Park. Fans can look forward to themed photo opportunities and in-game entertainment at the ballpark all weekend long.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early to Gallagher Square on Saturday for pregame Nova Kombucha drink specials and live music from the time gates open to first pitch.
To recognize and honor our Armed Forces, the Padres have partnered with USAA to bring the Military Appreciation Zone to Petco Park before every Saturday and Sunday home game. Active-duty service members, veterans and their families, and USAA Members are invited to the USAA Military Appreciation Zone at the top of the Home Plate Gate stairs near Section 100 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. pre-game to enjoy food and drink specials starting at $5.
Star Wars™ Weekend will be in full effect, as fans will be taken to a ballpark not so far, far away. Following the game, fans can enjoy a special Star Wars™ Fireworks Spectacular, set to the sounds of Star Wars™. This is free for all ticketed guests to enjoy.
SUNDAY, MAY 24 vs. ATHLETICS @ 1:10 p.m.
Star Wars™ Weekend at Petco Park concludes on Sunday. Fans can look forward to several characters roaming Gallagher Square and throughout the ballpark for photo opportunities, as well as themed in-game entertainment at Sunday’s game.
KidsFest presented by Nuna is back at Gallagher Square with activities, including the Nuna playground, bounce houses and other inflatables, games, face painters, balloon artists and more kid-friendly activities are available prior to every Sunday home game.
The Military Appreciation Zone returns Sunday at the top of the Home Plate Gate stairs from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Prior to the game, nine coastguardsmen from Coast Guard Station San Diego will take the field with Padres starters as part of Military Takes the Field.
Following the game, kids 14 and under are invited to run the bases presented by Chick-fil-A. Kids and their families can begin lining up following the conclusion of the eighth inning at the top of the ramp leading to the Craft Pier presented by Ballast Point on K Street.
MONDAY, MAY 25 vs. PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES @ 3:40 p.m.
The Padres are honoring the men and women who serve our country with a special Memorial Day Salute presented by USAA. Lance Corporal (LCPL) Joseph Gallagher from the United States Marine Corps is throwing the game’s Ceremonial First Pitch, and nine marines from the 2nd Battalion 4th Marine Regiment will take the field with Padres starters as part of Military Takes the Field.

Fans can celebrate America’s upcoming 250th birthday with a Padres-themed Patriotic Aloha Shirt giveaway presented by Southwest Airlines. The first 40,000 fans in attendance will receive this item while supplies last and subject to availability. The Patriotic Aloha Shirt is available in sizes Adult Small, Medium, Large, XL and 2XL. We want to encourage fans to arrive when gates open to pick up their giveaway for the best guest experience.
Theme Game: Jewish Heritage Celebration takes place Tuesday at Petco Park. A limited-edition Padres menorah is available exclusively with the purchase of a Jewish Heritage Celebration Theme Game package at www.padres.com/themegames.
Season Ticket Members are encouraged to arrive early on Tuesday to watch the Padres take batting practice prior to the game. Members can enter through East Village Gate as early as 3:00 p.m., with select Members receiving a credential to sit in designated seating closer to the field. Custom Rawlings baseballs with golden stitches will be mixed in during Padres batting practice, and the lucky fans who catch or retrieve the golden balls will be able to redeem them for a replica Padres jersey of their choice at the Padres Team Store.
