The homestand is highlighted by the Jameson Taillon figurine promotion on Friday, July 6; a two-for-the-price-of-one doubleheader scheduled on Saturday, July 14; and Sundays are Kids Days at PNC Park. 
Friday, July 6, 2018 -- Pirates vs. Philadelphia Phillies (7:05 p.m.)
•   Miller Lite Happy Hour: Tonight, and now every Friday Night home game, the Pirates will host a special Happy Hour, presented by Miller Lite, at the Crow's Nest Bar from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Visit the Crow's Nest Bar for half-priced cans of Miller Lite, Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy and Blue Moon. 
•   Taillon Figurine: Tonight, the first 20,000 fans with paid admission will receive a Jameson Taillon Starting Lineup figurine, presented by 84 Lumber.

•   Pirates Charities Miracle League Fantasy Camp: In partnership with Baseball Fantasy Camp for Kids, Pirates Charities and the Altoona Curve will host a Miracle League Fantasy Camp for the Miracle League of Blair County in Altoona, PA, today at 11 a.m. Miracle League athletes ages will receive a customized Pirates jersey, goodie bag, and the opportunity to learn from the professionals as several Pirates prospects will serve as instructors. Groups will rotate between five different baseball skill stations where kids will have the chance to learn skills like batting, pitching, base running and more. 
•   Saturday Happy Hour: Today, the Pirates will host a special Happy Hour, presented by Iron City and I.C. Light, at the Terrace Bar from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Visit the Terrace Bar for half-priced Iron City & I.C. Light 24 oz cans, I.C. Light Mango & Blockhouse Summer Break 18 oz drafts.
•   Pirates Fedora: Today, the first 20,000 fans with paid admission will receive a Pirates fedora, presented by PNC Bank.
•   Block Party: Come down early to join us before today's game for the Doo Wop Saturday Jim Beam Block Party starting at 2:30 p.m. on Federal Street. Fans are invited to come party on the street as food and beer sales will be available and there will be live music featuring The De Ja Vu Band. Pirates alumni Kent Tekulve will sign autographs at the Leinenkugel Bar that will be located on Federal Street.
•   Strike Out Polio Day: Today, the Pirates along with the Rotary Club will host Strike Out Polio Day today at PNC Park. Each ticket purchased through pirates.com/rotary will benefit the Rotary's Strike Out Polio program.
Sunday, July 8, 2018 -- Pirates vs. Philadelphia Phillies (1:35 p.m.)- Kids Day 
•   Kids Day: Come down early and join the fun as the #1 Cochran Family Fun Zone will be open on Federal Street from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lined up outside PNC Park will be inflatable rides, face painting, information about the Bucaroos Kids Club, presented by Chick-fil-A and more.
•   Kids Baseball Dart Board: Today, all kids ages 14 and younger, with paid admission, will receive a special Pirates kids baseball dart board game, presented by Mrs. T's Pierogies.
•   Kids Run the Bases: Kids attending today's game are invited to stick around after to run the bases on the field at PNC Park with the Kids Run the Bases, presented by Rivendale.
•   Pride Day: Join the Pirates and other supporters of the LGBT community at PNC Park for our second Pride Day at PNC Park. Monday, July 9, 2018 -- Pirates vs. Washington Nationals (7:05 p.m.) 
•   Hailey's First Pitch: Tonight, the Pirates will host Hailey Dawson as she visits PNC Park for BP and will throw out a ceremonial first pitch. Hailey is an 8-year-old girl who was born with Poland Syndrome. Poland Syndrome is caused by a lack of blood supply to the chest area during the 6-8th week of gestation. For Hailey, she was born without a right pectoral muscle and she is missing the 3 middle fingers and has a tiny thumb and pinky on her right hand. In 2014, UNLV (University of Nevada, Las Vegas), Engineering Dept created a robotic hand printed by a 3D printer for Hailey and she now is fulfilling her goal of throwing out the first pitch for every Major League Baseball team. In 2017, MLB teams rallied together on Twitter to invite Hailey to each ballpark to help her achieve her goal. PNC Park is the 20th ballpark that Hailey will cross off her list. 
Tuesday, July 10, 2018 -- Pirates vs. Washington Nationals (7:05 p.m.)
•   AGH Visit: Today from 12:30-1:30 p.m., Pirates players and staff will stop by the pediatric cancer patient unit at Allegheny General Hospital to visit, distribute special Pirates Love Your Melon hats and other Pirates items. The Pirates will host Love Your Melon Night on Friday, August 3, as each ticket purchased through pirates.com/LYM will support Love Your Melon's program to give a hat to every child battling cancer in America.
•   PLAY Clinic at PNC Park: Today, the Pittsburgh Pirates Training Staff and Medical Team are hosting a free sports educational workshop called PLAY- Promoting a Lifetime of Activity for Youth- at PNC Park for youth ages 8 to 17 years old from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The PLAY program is an initiative of the Professional Baseball Athletic Trainers Society, The Taylor Hooton Foundation, and Major League Baseball Charities. PLAY is based upon using the celebrity appeal of Major League Baseball and all of its teams and players to help educate young people and promote a healthy and active lifestyle. Pirates pitcher Jameson Taillon is scheduled to join the group for the morning event.
•   Pups in the Park: Fans can enjoy Bucco baseball with their pooch as the Pirates host one of 11 Pup Nights, presented by Rachael Ray Nutrish, at PNC Park. Each ticket package (1 person & 1 dog) costs just $36 with additional human tickets available for $36 each. •   Pirates Play Ball Team of the Game: The Pirates continue the season-long initiative honoring a youth baseball/softball team(s) of the game during every Tuesday home game. Tonight, the Pirates will honor the Junior Pirates program. The Junior Pirates program started more than 25 years ago as a cooperative effort between Pittsburgh CitiParks and the Pittsburgh Pirates. It is a fun, fundamentals starter program to introduce the basics of baseball to youth ages 4-8. This season, more than 800 participants took part throughout the city of Pittsburgh.
•   University Night with University of Pittsburgh: Tonight, the Pirates will host University Night with the University of Pittsburgh. •   A Night with Bell: Tonight, Pirates first baseman Josh Bell will be joined by his teammates at the Clemente Museum as he hosts a benefit for the Dreambuilders Foundation. The night promises a great evening of food, wine, mingling, and baseball talk. The event, which begins at 5:30 p.m. with a special VIP reception, will include an interactive Q&A with Josh. Thursday, July 12, 2018 -- Pirates vs. Milwaukee Brewers (7:05 p.m.)
•   Military Day: Come out to support and honor our brave American military service men and women. The Pirates will wear their new Military Days jerseys and special caps. 
•   On-Field Military Ceremony: As part of today's Military Day efforts, the Pirates will host a group from Operation Troop Appreciation. The mission of Operation Troop Appreciation is to build and sustain the morale and well-being of the military community, past and present, with the assurance that the American public supports and appreciates their selfless service and daily sacrifices.
•   50/50 Raffle: Today's Pirates Charities 50/50 Raffle, supported by Rivers Casino, will benefit Operation Troop Appreciation. 
•   PR Group Visit: Tonight, the Pirates will host a group of nearly 70 students and teachers from Escuela Dr. Pila - a high school in Ponce, Puerto Rico that was severely impacted by Hurricane Maria - who are in Pittsburgh as part of the American Federation of Teachers Convention. To make their visit even more special, the group has been invited down as special guests to enjoy Pirates batting practice. 
•   Meeting with Alumni: Tonight, Pirates Season Ticket Holders will have the opportunity to meet with Pirates alumni during a special meet and greet in the PNC Park Press Conference Room from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The event is exclusively for Season Ticket Holders who preregistered for the meet and greet.

African American Heritage Events:
•   African-American Heritage Sports Panel: In celebration of African-American heritage in sports, the Pirates are hosting a special panel presentation from 3 to 4 p.m. in the PNC Park Press Conference Room for 200 youth from Penn State Center's C.I.T.Y., Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh, and the Pittsburgh Urban BASEball Classic to engage with internal talent from every level of the Pirates organization. Following the event, all participants are invited to watch batting practice and stay to cheer on the Pirates during the night's game. 
•   Josh Gibson Scholarship: Tonight the 2018 Josh Gibson Foundation Scholarship recipients will be announced during a pregame on-field ceremony. 
•   Kevin Young First Pitch: In celebration of Negro League Baseball's past, present, and future legacy, Pirates alumni and current Special Assistant to the General Manager Kevin Young will throw an honorary first pitch. 
•   Negro League Memorabilia Display: The Pirates have teamed up with Carnegie Museum of Art's Teenie Harris Archives to offer fans a Negro League Baseball Memorabilia Exhibit displaying the 1940 Negro League Baseball Championship trophy won by the Homestead Grays, Josh Gibson's 1946 Negro League Baseball contract, and various Teenie Harris film and photo action shots of Homestead Grays and Pittsburgh Crawfords. The exhibit will be displayed under the Left Field Bleachers and is open to all fans during the Friday and Saturday games.
•   Game-Used Bases: Tonight, two sets (6) of Heritage Night game-used bases will be available at the Hunt Auction Kiosk (located behind section 125) or by emailing Pirates Authentics at [email protected].
•   Negro League Celebration: As part of the African American Heritage Celebration, the Pirates and Brewers will honor Negro League baseball by wearing the uniforms of Negro League teams from their respective cities, with the Pirates wearing Pittsburgh Crawfords uniforms and the Brewers wearing the Milwaukee Bears uniforms. The jerseys from tonight's game will be authenticated and available for auction at a later date on pirates.com/auctions.

Saturday, July 14, 2018-Pirates vs. Milwaukee Brewers (12:35 p.m.) -- Doubleheader
•   Doubleheader: Today, the Pirates and Brewers will play a traditional doubleheader with the first game starting at 12:35 p.m. and the second game beginning 30 minutes after the conclusion of Game One. The doubleheader is the result of the postponement of the Wednesday, June 20 game.
•   Oh, It's True: Today, WWE superstar and Pittsburgh native Kurt Angle will toss out a ceremonial first pitch. Angle and his WWE counterparts are in town for a special pay-per-view event on Sunday.
•   Josh Bell Bobble: Today, the first 20,000 fans with paid admission will receive a Pirates Josh Bell bobblehead, presented by Levin Furniture.
•   African American Heritage Events:
