Junis, 33, missed Texas' last 11 games while on the 15-day Injured List due to a right hip impingement. Junis did not complete an injury rehab assignment prior to his activation.
The 23-year-old Corniell, Texas’ 4th-ranked prospect (MLB Pipeline), will be in his second stint with the Rangers this season. He has spent the balance of the season at Triple-A Round Rock, going 0-2 with a 6.37 ERA (25 ER/35.1 IP), 16 walks, 27 strikeouts, a 1.726 WHIP, and just one home run allowed over 10 games/9 starts for the Express. He has made 3 starts since being optioned back to Round Rock on June 24, allowing 7 earned runs over 8.2 IP, including his most recent outing on July 10 at Reno (1.2 IP, 4 H, 5 R-ER, 3 BB, 1 SO, 1 HR, 50 pitches/29 strikes).
Collyer, 25, pitched 1.0 inning in last night’s game against the Braves, permitting a season-high 4 earned runs on 2 hits with 2 walks, one hit by pitch, and one strikeout (41 pitches/23 strikes). The right-hander has logged a 5.09 ERA (13 ER/23.0 IP) in 23 relief appearances for Texas this season spanning three separate stints with the club (April 15-May 18, May 24-31, June 30-July 17). He has spent the balance of the campaign with Triple-A Round Rock, going 2-0 with a 2.65 ERA (5 ER/17.0 IP), 14 walks, and 26 strikeouts in 17 relief outings.
The 25-year-old Teodo made his Major League debut in a 1.2-inning relief appearance last night at Truist Park (1.2 IP, 3 H, 2 R-ER, 2 BB, 1 SO, 43 pitches/27 strikes). He was recalled from Triple-A Round Rock prior to Sunday's first 'half' finale last Sunday, his first career appearance on Texas’ active roster. The right-hander has spent the balance of 2026 with Round Rock, going 3-3 with 5 saves, a 3.76 ERA, and 52 strikeouts in 40.2 innings with the Express.
With today’s transactions, the Rangers have 39 players on the club’s Major League roster, along with five players on the 60-day Injured List (RHP Carter Baumler, LHP’s Cody Bradford, Robert Garcia, and Jordan Montgomery, and INF/OF Michael Helman).
