Texas Rangers Homestand Information for August 31-September 6, 2026

Arlington, Texas — The Texas Rangers (66-68) are set to open a seven-game homestand at Globe Life Field on Monday featuring meetings with the Athletics (August 31-September 2) and American League-leading Tampa Bay Rays (September 3-6).

Monday night’s homestand opener against the Athletics is Dallas FC Theme Night, featuring a ceremonial first pitch by defender and DFW native Nolan Norris. Fans who purchase tickets through rangers.com/themenights will receive a Rangers – FC Dallas sleeveless hoodie. The first 10,000 fans in attendance of the homestand opener will receive Rangers Shoe Charms presented by State Farm.

Prior to Monday’s game, the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation will present a donation to representatives from the Safe Summers Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting children at summer camps through prevention, preparation, advocacy, and safety reforms while preserving the positive experiences and traditions of camp.

The Rangers’ Tuesday matchup will feature ceremonial first pitches by All Elite Wrestling TBS Champion Maya World and country artist Hudson Westbrook. On Thursday, September 3, fans can enjoy a live pre-game country music performance by Texas Christian University wide receiver Keagan Cunningham in the Fifth Third Yard located on the centerfield concourse. The performance is free to attend with a game ticket.

The first 10,000 fans in attendance on Friday, September 4, will receive a Retro Windbreaker Pull-Over presented by Medical City Healthcare. Prior to the game, Mexican Soccer Star and Atlético Dallas Striker Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernández will throw a ceremonial first pitch. Fans who purchase a ticket to Friday night’s matchup through rangers.com/themenights will receive a limited-edition Desi Heritage jersey for Desi Heritage Night at the ballpark.

The first 10,000 fans in attendance of the series finale on Sunday, September 6, will receive a Bath Dumping Bobblehead presented by BodyArmor.

In conjunction with additional family-focused activations throughout the ballpark, a free poster-making station will be available near Section 239 during Tuesday and Sunday home games. All supplies, including markers and poster board, will be provided.

Six of the seven games this homestand will be televised on Rangers Sports Network presented by Progressive. The Friday night game against the Rays will be broadcast on CW33.
