ST. LOUIS -- The Cardinals will end this soggy homestand with another delayed start on Thursday after heavy storms passed through St. Louis during the morning.
The club announced an expected start time of 1:15 p.m. CT for the series finale between the Cardinals and Pirates. That would be 30 minutes later than the scheduled start time.
Since Saturday, the Cardinals have waited through five hours and 27 minutes of delays due to weather. That included a delay of one hour, 26 minutes ahead of Monday's series opener against Pittsburgh.
