ARLINGTON -- Commercials have become an essential part of Super Bowl lore, right up there with the game and the halftime shows. The Rangers are making their Super Bowl commercial debut on Sunday, although it will be shown only locally in the DFW market.
The Rangers have revealed that they are running a 30-second commercial to be shown in the last block of ads before halftime. The ad will only be shown on KTVT Channel 11 in a block reserved for local stations.
The Rangers have not revealed what is in the ad, only that it will include a ticket offer. The Super Bowl is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m. CT on Sunday.
