Rays Spring Training tickets go on sale next week

The Tampa Bay Rays today announced the process for purchasing single-game tickets to 2017 spring training games. The Rays home opener for their ninth spring training season at Charlotte Sports Park in Charlotte County, Fla. is Saturday, February 25 against the Pittsburgh Pirates at 1:05 p.m.
Single-game tickets will go on sale next week, based upon availability, according to the following schedule:
Friday, January 13: Spring training tickets will go on sale online to the general public exclusively at raysbaseball.com/spring at 10 a.m.
Saturday, January 14: Spring training tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. via phone at (888) 652-7223 or at the following locations:
- Charlotte Sports Park box office 
- Rays Tampa Store at 400 N. Tampa St.
- Tropicana Field box office
Rays Insider subscribers will have the opportunity to participate in a special online presale on Thursday, January 12. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, January 11 at noon. Spring Training Season Tickets continue to offer the best seats with the greatest benefits and start at only $325 for the Rays 18-game home schedule at Charlotte Sports Park. Spring Three-Game Packs and group ticket opportunities are also available at discounted pricing. Single-game tickets will once again range in price from $10 to $32. The Rays 2017 spring training schedule features several special promotions and giveaway dates. The home opener on February 25 will feature a pregame Fan Fest. Gates will open early and the first pitch ball will be delivered as part of a special presentation from the USSOCOM Parachute Team. On March 8, the Rays take on the Colombian National Team as they prepare for the World Baseball Classic with fireworks following the 6:35 p.m. game. The first workout for pitchers and catchers is Tuesday, February 14. The first full-squad workout is Sunday, February 19.
