Red Sox right fielder Mookie Betts earned his second American League Player of the Week honor on Monday after a stellar seven days that saw him amass three home runs and a Major League-best 11 RBIs over that span. He also posted a .375/.483/.917 slash line in six games against the Brewers and Rays.
The Brewers shouldered the brunt of Betts' bat; during a three-game series, Betts went 7-for-11 against Milwaukee hurlers with five runs scored, three doubles, two home runs, four walks and eight RBIs. His ninth-inning dinger off Brewers closer Neftali Feliz clinched Thursday's game for the Sox.

Betts, 24, bounced back from an 0-for-5 outing at the plate Friday, galvanizing Boston's offense on Saturday with a two-run homer and an RBI double.
"[Betts is] now three or four weeks into a really good run, where the impact of the baseball has been there," Red Sox skipper John Farrell said Saturday. "He's giving us a spark in that leadoff spot, that's for sure."
Betts is hitting .296/.375/.526 this season, leading Red Sox hitters with six home runs and 25 RBIs. His 13 doubles are second in the AL, trailing only to teammate Mitch Moreland's 15.
