ARLINGTON -- In each of the past two contests at Globe Life Field, Twins leadoff man has seized the game’s momentum in less time than it takes to sing the national anthem. After a leadoff homer in Tuesday’s victory, Larnach smacked a single to right-center field on the game’s first pitch Thursday to seal a 9-3 win over the Rangers, giving the Twins a three-game sweep and pushing their winning streak to four.

Larnach never let up in either of the final two games of the series. After a 4-for-6 night Tuesday, he went 3-for-5 in the finale, adding three insurance runs with a two-run homer in the fourth inning and an RBI single in the sixth.

Larnach and the Twins are mighty comfortable at Globe Life Field. The club is 14-5 all-time in MLB’s newest stadium, and Larnach is batting .425 (17-for-40) in 10 games there.

Brooks Lee also feasted in Texas, ripping a three-run homer in the first inning Thursday after a 2-for-5 performance Tuesday.

Staked with a four-run lead before he threw a pitch, Twins righty Joe Ryan tossed five scoreless innings to earn his fifth win of 2026. He struck out seven, walked two and scattered three hits, all singles.
