Voting is underway for the Esurance Best Postseason Moment Award, on the heels of one of the great postseasons of recent memory. Five moments are on the ballot, including two from the Cubs' extra-inning 8-7 win in Game 7 of the World Series on Wednesday.

This postseason featured some of the greatest moments in baseball history, making the candidate pool all the more challenging to sift through.

Davis delivers tying blast: World Series Game 7 vs. Cubs, Nov. 2
Trailing by two with two outs in the eighth, Rajai Davis came up huge with a two-run homer that he lined over the left-field wall to tie Game 7. Davis' heroics on the grandest stage would push the game to extra innings.

Edwin's Wild Card walk-off: American League Wild Card Game vs. Orioles, Oct. 4
Edwin Encarnacion powered the Blue Jays to the AL Division Series with one epic swing in the bottom of the 11th inning, lifting a three-run homer no-doubt territory. In doing so, Encarnacion became the fourth player in history to hit a walk-off homer in a winner-take-all postseason game.

Kershaw saves epic clinch: National League Division Series Game 5 at Nationals, Oct. 13
With the Dodgers' season on the line -- and two days and a 2,600-mile trek from L.A. removed -- Clayton Kershaw emerged from the bullpen, tossed seven strong pitches and recorded his first career save to send his team to the National League Championship Series.

Montero slams Dodgers: NLCS Game 1 vs. Dodgers, Oct. 15
Pinch-hitting for surefire closer Aroldis Chapman in the eighth inning, Miguel Montero sent Cubs fans into a frenzy during the opening stages of the NLCS when he mashed a grand slam -- just the third via pinch-hit in postseason history -- to lift the Cubs to an 8-4 lead, one they wouldn't relinquish.

Zobrist's go-ahead double: World Series Game 7 at Indians, Nov. 2
With the World Series on the line, Ben Zobrist laced an RBI double to left that scored Albert Almora Jr. and pushed the Cubs ahead in the 10th inning, giving them a lead that would help end their 108-year championship drought.

The Esurance MLB Awards annually honor Major League Baseball's greatest achievements as part of an industry-wide balloting process that includes five groups, each of which accounts for 20 percent of the overall vote: media, front-office personnel, retired MLB players, fans at MLB.com and Society for American Baseball Research (SABR) voters.
The MLB Awards are an all-inclusive program, encompassing the top players and performances from both the American and National Leagues from Opening Day through the end of the postseason.
Individual awards will go to the Best Major Leaguer in addition to the winners in the following categories: Best Hitter, Pitcher, Rookie, Defensive Player, Manager, Executive, Social Media Personality and Postseason Performer.
Winners will also be recognized for the year's Best Offensive Play, Defensive Play, Moment, Postseason Moment, Performance, Social Media Post, Fan Catch, Broadcast call, Player-Fan Interaction and Trending Topic.
Voting began on Sept. 19 at 4 p.m. ET on MLB.com/awards, one hour after the inaugural Esurance MLB Fans of the Year winners were announced.
Voting for the MLB Awards will remain open until 2 p.m. ET on Nov. 11 by visiting MLB.com/awards. Winners will be announced live on MLB Network and MLB.com on Nov. 18.
