What's new in food, fashion and more for fans at Phillies spring camp

With the Phillies spring training home opener just three days away, team officials announced all the exciting new fan features, foods and fashion that will be part of this season’s spring training experience at BayCare Ballpark.

“While this is our 20th anniversary at BayCare Ballpark and 78th spring training in Clearwater, the excitement surrounding the Phillies’ upcoming baseball season has never been greater,” said John Timberlake, Director, Florida Operations, Phillies. “As we celebrate the return of spring training, we look forward to our fans experiencing all the terrific new additions that have been made to our off-the-field lineup.”

The Phillies’ Grapefruit League Home Opener takes place on Sunday, February 25, against the New York Yankees at 1:05 p.m. The spring training season continues until Monday, March 25, with the final game against the Tampa Bay Rays – just three days before the start of the regular season. NEW FAN FEATURES AT PHILLIES SPRING TRAINING

  • Brand-new Ballpark Audio System: The audio system at BayCare Ballpark received a major upgrade this off-season! Fans will be thrilled by the superior audio that can now be heard no matter where you are in the ballpark.
  • FREE Phillies WiFi Service: As soon as fans approach the ballpark gates, they will now have high-speed access to the internet, as well as apps such as MLB Ballpark and MLB At Bat, allowing digital tickets and more to be accessed faster than ever.
  • Phillies Auction to Benefit Clearwater-area Charities, February 22-March 25 at phillies.com/auctions: Nearly two dozen game-used and autographed items will be up for bid to benefit charity, including those signed by Seranthony Domínguez, Bryce Harper, Brandon Marsh, Aaron Nola, J.T. Realmuto, Kyle Schwarber, Gregory Soto, Bryson Stott, Ranger Suárez, Rob Thomson, Trea Turner, Taijuan Walker and Zack Wheeler.

Plus, on Friday, March 22, Phillies Auction items will be on display behind home plate in Section 111. The team will also be selling the popular Mystery Balls for charity.

  • Charlie’s Homemade Italian Ice: A Tampa-area favorite, this local frozen treat can now be found at Bullpen Grille, Strike Out Café and Home Run Grille.
  • Coco’s Orange Crush: Coco’s Crush Bar, voted the #1 bar on Clearwater Beach, is now offering its delicious Orange Crush (orange vodka mixed with club soda and a fresh-squeezed orange)! Located in left field by Frenchy’s Tiki Bar.
  • Coppertail’s Phillies-Inspired Cans & Fallen Fruit Cider: Coppertail Brewing Co. is bringing its Florida flavor back to the park, this time with a Philadelphia twist!
