With the Yankees on the verge of clinching a postseason berth, Sonny Gray starts for New York on the road against the Blue Jays, and fans can follow all the action streaming live on MLB.TV.
The Bronx Bombers can clinch at least an American League Wild Card berth with a win or an Astros win over the Angels and an A's win over the Rangers. New York is seeking its second postseason appearance in the last three years. First pitch is scheduled for 4:07 p.m. ET at Rogers Centre.
"We still haven't clinched anything," said Yankees manager Joe Girardi. "We need to win games and we need to play well."

Gray is 3-6 with a 3.29 ERA in nine starts since being acquired by the Yankees at the non-waiver Trade Deadline. In two starts in Toronto this year, Gray has a 1.50 ERA and 15 strikeouts over 12 innings.
The Blue Jays will counter with Joe Biagini. The right-hander has bounced between the rotation and the bullpen this year, and he's 2-10 with a 5.77 ERA in 16 starts.
As always, keep an eye on Yankees rookie slugger Aaron Judge, who leads the AL with 46 home runs. Judge homered on Friday night, and the solo shot traveled 469 feet, according to Statcast™, making it the longest home run hit at Rogers Centre this season.

Sox continue march toward division title: BOS@CIN, 4:10 p.m.
The first-place Red Sox will look to move one step closer to clinching the AL East when they face the Reds today in an Interleague matchup. Boston's magic number to clinch the division is six games over the Yankees. The 89-64 Red Sox lead the Yankees by four games with nine games left.
Eduardo Rodriguez gets the ball for the Sox as he looks to make a positive impression in his search for a spot on the postseason roster. The Reds will send rookie Robert Stephenson to the mound.
Keep an eye on the action in the Reds' bullpen. If right-hander Luke Farrell gets into the game, he will face the team managed by his father, John. The last time a father managed against his son was in 2004, when Felipe Alou's Giants played against Moises Alou and the Cubs.
"For myself, for my dad, for my family, this is a pretty cool experience," Luke Farrell said. "It's something I'm going to enjoy for sure."

Lynn starts for Cards in heat of postseason races: STL@PIT, 7:05 p.m.
The Cardinals are still alive in the National League Central and Wild Card races, with nine games left. Lance Lynn takes the mound for the Cards tonight, opposite Gerrit Cole and the Pirates.
The Cards are on the heels of the Rockies for the second NL Wild Card, and five games back of the first-place Cubs in the NL Central. St. Louis has won four games in a row.
Lynn faces the Pirates for the fourth time this season. He held Pittsburgh scoreless in two of his outings, and he allowed seven runs over 5 2/3 innings in the other.
Cole has allowed 30 home runs this season, two shy of setting the Pirates' franchise record set by Murry Dickson in 1951. Cole has a career 2.75 ERA against the Cardinals in 13 outings.

Syndergaard returns vs. Stras, Nats: WSH@NYM, 7:10 p.m.
Noah Syndergaard returns for the Mets to make his first start since April 30 when New York hosts Washington tonight at Citi Field. Stephen Strasburg will start for the Nats, who will look to continue to inch closer in their bid for home-field advantage in the NL Division Series.
Syndergaard is likely to pitch just one inning, as the Mets ease him back into action following an extended absence due to a torn lat, which Syndergaard sustained during a start in Washington against the Nats. Then, Matt Harvey will take the mound for the Mets.
"I just think getting him out there is step one," Mets manager Terry Collins said of Syndergaard's long-awaited return. "I'll be excited to see him out there again."
Strasburg is one win shy of matching his career high in wins (15). The Nats' ace is 4-1 with a 0.66 ERA in his last six starts, including a four-game win streak.
