The Chicago White Sox, Comcast SportsNet, WGN-TV and WLS-AM 890 have announced the team's 2016 spring training television, radio and internet broadcast schedule.
 
The White Sox will have 10 Cactus League games televised from Arizona (nine on Comcast SportsNet and one on WGN), and 10 additional webcasts of games on whitesox.com. WLS-AM, the club's new flagship radio station, will air 14 games, including both exhibition games at Petco Park on April 1-2.
 
The Sox will present full webcasts of 10 spring training games on whitesox.com. The spring training webcasts begin with the Cactus League opener on March 3 at the Los Angeles Dodgers and are available free to all fans at whitesox.com. Former White Sox outfielder and 2005 World Series champion Brian Anderson will serve as the color analyst for select webcasts, while Russ Langer returns for his fifth spring as the play-by-play voice for all webcasts.
 
The first televised spring training game is on WGN, Saturday, March 12 at 2:05 p.m. CST when the White Sox face the Chicago Cubs at Sloan Park in Mesa, Ariz. CSN will televise the first of its nine spring games on Friday, March 18 when the Sox face the Cubs at Camelback Ranch - Glendale at 3:05 p.m. CDT. CSN will close out its spring broadcast schedule on Wednesday, March 30, at Cincinnati (Goodyear).
 
Jason Benetti and Steve Stone will work all 10 television games in their first spring training together as the White Sox broadcast team. Benetti is set to begin his first season with the White Sox, while Stone enters his ninth year with the club.
 
WLS-AM broadcasts the first of its 14 games on Thursday, March 3 at 2:05 p.m. CST when the White Sox open Cactus League play vs. the Dodgers in Glendale. WLS-AM features the on-air tandem of Ed Farmer and Darrin Jackson. Both former players, Farmer is entering his 25th season in radio booth, while Jackson will begin his 17th year as a Sox broadcaster.
