White Sox Announce Homecoming Weekend to Celebrate Ballpark's 25th Anniversary

Fans are invited to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Chicago White Sox baseball at U.S. Cellular Field on May 20-22 with Homecoming Weekend, presented by the Village of Bedford Park.

Fans are invited to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Chicago White Sox baseball at U.S. Cellular Field on May 20-22 with Homecoming Weekend, presented by the Village of Bedford Park.
White Sox greats who helped create iconic moments throughout the ballpark's history are scheduled to join the festivities throughout the series vs. Kansas City on May 20-22, including 1993 American League Cy Young Winner Jack "Black Jack" McDowell and seven-time All-Star Tim Raines. Additional Homecoming Weekend activities and guests scheduled to appear that weekend will be announced at a later date.
The weekend celebration invites fans to join in the fun with the following promotions and special giveaway:
· Fireworks, presented by the Village of Bedford Park (Friday, May 20)
· 25th Ballpark Anniversary Canvas giveaway, presented by Miller Lite: The first 20,000 fans, ages 21 years old and older, will receive this commemorative collage featuring a collage of iconic moments from U.S. Cellular Field's history. (Saturday, May 21)
· Family Sunday (Sunday, May 22)
Fan-favorite Family Sundays offer tickets as low as $5 in the Upper Level and $15 in the Lower Level with $10 parking. Entertainment includes children's running the bases postgame (weather permitting), face painters, balloonists, a caricature artist and magnet art. Family Sundays cover all 13 Sunday home games during the 2016 season, including the Sunday during Homecoming Weekend.
