White Sox Charities' '$25 for 25' Campaign Begins Tomorrow

Chicago White Sox Charities (CWSC) celebrates a 26-year tradition of giving back to the Chicagoland community with $25 for 25 - the second annual 25-hour fundraising campaign. The campaign begins at noon Wednesday, May 10, and concludes at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 11.

Chicago White Sox Charities (CWSC) celebrates a 26-year tradition of giving back to the Chicagoland community with $25 for 25 - the second annual 25-hour fundraising campaign. The campaign begins at noon Wednesday, May 10, and concludes at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 11.
To celebrate CWSC's next 25 years, fans are invited to support the organization's ongoing community outreach with a contribution of $25 or more during the 25-hour campaign. Donors will have the opportunity to win a new prize during each hour of the campaign, with the final hour of the campaign - from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 11 - designated as a "power hour" with the opportunity to win 25 different prizes. Fans who donate $250 or more will be invited to a private donor recognition event. Some of the prizes include:
· Jerseys autographed by Jose Abreu, Melky Cabrera, Carlton Fisk and more
· Bats autographed by Todd Frazier, Bo Jackson and more
· Baseballs autographed by Tim Anderson, Derek Holland, Paul Konerko, Yoan Moncada and more
· Tickets, fan experiences and more!
"We are truly thankful for the dedication and ongoing support we receive from our fans. The $25 for 25 campaign is a fun, digitally-driven opportunity to fundraise for our off-the-field efforts that support the Chicagoland community," said Christine O'Reilly, CWSC executive director. "Last year's campaign was a celebration of White Sox Charities' 25 years of giving. Now, we are kicking off the next 25 years with a fundraising effort that will engage our fans and staff."

Donations also will be accepted in Sections 131 and 535 at Guaranteed Rate Field during the May 10 game vs. Minnesota. Participants are encouraged to share their experience on social media with the hashtag #Sox25.
