ANAHEIM - The Angels today announced their 2022 Spring Training schedule. The Club will open Cactus League play on February 26th against the Milwaukee Brewers at American Family Fields of Phoenix. The home opener will take place on February 27th against the Chicago White Sox at Tempe Diablo Stadium. The Angels will play a total of 33 games throughout the duration of Spring Training (30 Cactus League games in Arizona and three Freeway Series games in Southern California). 

The Angels 2022 Cactus League schedule features eight weekend home games (Fri-Sun) in Tempe. Overall, the schedule includes 15 contests at Tempe Diablo Stadium and 15 road games in Arizona, including four days of split-squad games. 

Following the 30 game schedule in Arizona, the Angels will return to Southern California and open the annual exhibition Freeway Series on March 27 against the Los Angeles Dodgers at Angel Stadium. The Spring schedule will conclude with a pair of games at Dodger Stadium (March 28-29), before the Angels travel to Oakland to begin the regular season on March 31.
