Today the St. Louis Cardinals released its 2017 promotional schedule complete with 50 giveaways for ticketed-fans.
This year's promotional schedule features many fan-favorite giveaways including eight bobbleheads, seven replica jerseys, three replica rings, as well as brand-new items like an Adult Rhinestone Cap (May 21), Adult All-Over Print Shirt (June 10), Kids Baseball Glove (June 11) and Mike Shannon Alarm Clock (August 27). Additionally, the Cardinals will continue to provide more fans the opportunity to take home a stadium giveaway by keeping the item quantity at 30,000 for a majority of the promotional dates.
Throughout the entire 2017 season, the Cardinals will commemorate the 50th anniversary of the 1967 World Championship team. To celebrate, fans will take home a Replica 1967 World Series Championship Ring (May 17), an Orlando Cepeda Bobblehead (June 9), a 1967 World Series Championship Beer Stein (June 30), a Replica 1967 World Series Championship Trophy (July 28), and a two-part Bob Gibson (June 24) and Tim McCarver (July 8) "Final Out" Bobblehead Series celebrating the last out of the 1967 World Series.
This season the Cardinals will also celebrate the 30th anniversary of the 1987 National League Championship team. The Cardinals will honor the 1987 team during a special anniversary weekend on August 11-13. Members of the team will be on hand for the occasion and fans will take home commemorative items like a Replica Adult Road Gray 1987 Mystery Jersey (August 11), a Replica 1987 National League Championship Ring (August 12), and a Cardinals Coaster Set (August 13). The club will also give away a Replica Adult Red Mesh 1987 Batting Practice Jersey on May 19.

The team will also give away a Scott Rolen Bobblehead on September 30 as a result of the first ever Alumni Bobblehead Fan Vote on cardinals.com. Rolen emerged as the winner over six other alumni players after receiving approximately 25% of the thousands of fan votes tabulated during the week before Thanksgiving.
Tickets for the 2017 promotional item game dates are currently only available by purchasing Cardinals season tickets. Fans will be able to purchase tickets to select promotional games when Holiday Ticket Packs and All-Inclusive tickets go on sale this Friday, December 2, at 10:00 a.m. CT. Win It Wednesdays, the social media contest that rewards the team's loyal Twitter followers by providing them opportunities to win promo items on select Wednesdays throughout the season, will return again in 2017. Each Win It Wednesday, fans will be prompted to tweet a response using #CardsPromo. Each time, one lucky fan will win and be the first to own the one-of-a-kind 2017 promotional item.
