The Colorado Rockies announced Friday that they have reinstated right-handed pitcher German Márquez from the paternity list and have optioned outfielder Raimel Tapia to Triple-A Albuquerque. Additionally, the Rockies have reinstated outfielder David Dahl from the 10-day disabled list (broken right foot) and optioned him to Albuquerque and transferred Mike Dunn from the 10-day disabled list to the 60-day DL.
•    Márquez, 23, was placed on the paternity list on July 22 … has gone 8-8 with a 5.00 ERA (108.0 IP, 60 ER), 40 walks and 112 strikeouts in 20 starts this season … was a member of his second career Opening Day roster in 2018 … in 55 career appearances, 52 starts, across three seasons with Colorado, has gone 20-16 with a 4.68 ERA (290.2 IP, 151 ER), 95 walks and 274 strikeouts.
•  Tapia, 24, has batted .222 (4-for-18) with four runs, two doubles, one home run, five RBI, two walks and five strikeouts in 14 games since being recalled from Albuquerque on June 30 … in 74 games for Albuquerque, has batted .308 (97-for-315) with 61 runs, 25 doubles, seven triples, 10 home runs, 48 RBI, 22 walks, 61 strikeouts and 18 stolen bases … in his career with Colorado, has batted .278 (60-for-216) with 35 runs, 14 doubles, two triples, three home runs, 24 RBI, 12 walks, 52 strikeouts and eight stolen bases.
•    Dahl, 24, was placed on the 10-day disabled list on June 1 with a broken second metatarsal in his right foot … in seven rehab games with Albuquerque, went 7-for-25 (.280) with one double, one home run and one RBI … in 32 games with the Rockies after his recall from Albuquerque on April 22, batted .275 (25-for-91) with eight runs, three doubles, two triples, four home runs, 13 RBI, four walks, 28 strikeouts and two stolen bases … has hit .304 (95-for-313) with 50 runs, 15 doubles, six triples, 11 home runs, 37 RBI, 19 walks, 87 strikeouts and seven stolen bases in 95 career games with Colorado.
•   Dunn, 33, was placed on the 10-day DL on July 7 with acromioclavicular joint inflammation … in 25 appearances this season, has posted a 9.00 ERA (17.0 IP, 17 ER) with 18 walks and 12 strikeouts … across parts of 10 Major League seasons with New York-AL (2009), Atlanta (2010), Miami (2011-16) and Colorado (2017-18), the Farmington, N.M., native is gone 33-26 with four saves, a 3.87 ERA (418.1 IP, 180 ER), 218 walks and 458 strikeouts over 527 games.
The Rockies currently have a full 40-man roster.
