The Arizona Diamondbacks recalled RHP Jake Barrett (@bjbace99) from Triple-A Reno. Following Tuesday night's game, Arizona optioned RHP Matt Koch to Reno.
Barrett, 26, has appeared in 3 games in 2 stints with the D-backs this season, posting a 4.50 ERA (2 ER in 4.0 IP) with 3 strikeouts, 1 walk and a .267 opponent average (4-for-15). He has limited right-handed hitters to a .182 average (6-for-33) in his last 14 outings since August 27, 2017.
