The Arizona Diamondbacks recalled RHP Braden Shipley from Triple-A Reno and optioned OF Jeremy Hazelbaker to Reno.
 
Shipley, 25, will start this afternoon's game vs. Nationals. He was 3-1 with a 4.18 ERA (13 ER in 28.0 IP) in 5 starts with the Aces this season. Shipley made his Major League debut with the D-backs in 2016, going 4-5 with a 5.27 ERA (41 ER in 70.0 IP) in 13 games (11 starts).
 
Hazelbaker, 29, hit .308 (8-for-26) with 1 home run and 5 RBI in 21 games with the D-backs.
