PHOENIX - The Arizona Diamondbacks (@Dbacks) agreed to terms with five additional selections from the 2016 First-Year Player Draft, INF Joey Rose, OF Stephen Smith, RHP Kevin Ginkel, C Luke Van Rycheghem and INF Connor Owings, as announced by D-backs Sr. Vice President, Baseball Operations De Jon Watson. In total, Arizona agreed to terms with 31 of their 40 selections from the 2016 First-Year Player Draft, including each of their first 17, 19 of their first 20 and 25 of their first 27. The deadline to sign 2016 draft selections was today at 2:00 p.m. MST.
