In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the club's historic 2001 World Series championship, the Arizona Diamondbacks launched its 25 Years of Heroes campaign over Independence Day weekend. Supported by GovX, the statewide initiative honors Arizona's first responders, military members and veterans.
Serving as the centerpiece of the campaign, the 25 Years of Heroes Car Raffle, supported by Sanderson Ford, gives fans the opportunity to purchase $50 raffle tickets for the chance to win their choice of a 2026 Ford Bronco or 2026 Ford Mustang Mach-E, along with daily prizes including game-used and autographed memorabilia.
Fans can learn more and purchase raffle tickets at dbacks.com/heroes. Proceeds will help the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation provide grants and donations to nonprofit organizations serving Arizona's veterans, active-duty military, first responders and their families, supporting equipment, technology, mental health resources, healthcare, scholarships and other essential needs.
In addition, for the remainder of the season, the D-backs will team up with Luis Gonzalez and GovX to support and recognize the everyday heroes who protect and serve Arizona's communities through visits to police and fire stations. The campaign's signature celebration will take place on Friday, September 18, the day before the Diamondbacks’ 2001 World Series Championship celebration, by welcoming a select group of first responders for a special pregame on-field tribute honoring first responders, military and veterans serving Arizona.
