FLUSHING, N.Y., March 29, 2018 - The New York Mets today announced that the club has selected the contract of infielder Phillip Evans and placed the following players on the 10-Day Disabled List: outfielder Michael Conforto (left shoulder dislocation), RHP Rafael Montero (Tommy John surgery), infielder Dominic Smith (strained right quad), LHP Jason Vargas (non-displaced fracture of hamate in right hand) and infielder David Wright (shoulder/back).
