Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association brings Legends for Youth baseball clinic series to Brooksville, Fla.

Free youth baseball clinic to feature six MLB Alumni

Colorado Springs, Colo. **– Local youth will have an opportunity to play with their big league heroes at the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA) Legends for Youth baseball clinic series on **Sunday, March 24th, 2019. In conjunction with CEMEX, the free clinic features former Major League Baseball players who will teach baseball skills, drills and life lessons, concluding with an autograph session and baseball giveaways for children in attendance. CEMEX will also provide a free lunch starting at 1:00 p.m. for clinic participants and family members.

Players attending* include current Tampa Bay Rays broadcaster and former first baseman Orestes Destrade, as well as Butch Benton, Jason Johnson, Seth McClung, Brian Tollberg **and **Mike Walker.These players combine for 34 seasons, 100 wins and 861 games in Major League Baseball.

  • Time: Clinic check-in beginning at 1:30 p.m. with instruction running from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
