The Oakland A's today announced that all 162 regular season games will be televised in 2019, including 147 on NBC Sports California. The remaining 15 games will be available on MLB Network, Fox Sports 1, and ESPN. In addition to the regular season games, NBC Sports California will air two A's Spring Training games against the San Francisco Giants on March 10 and March 24.
A's games on NBC Sports California will feature the Emmy Award-winning broadcast team of Glen Kuiper calling the play-by-play action and Ray Fosse as color analyst. Former A's pitcher Dallas Braden will be featured in select telecasts as a color commentator and a field analyst, reporting from a unique vantage point close to the action. Longtime in-stadium host Kara Tsuboi will be featured as a sideline reporter for select home games.
During the 2019 MLB season, NBC Sports California will also host game day shows A's Pregame Live and A's Postgame Live, giving viewers in-depth game previews, game breakdowns, clubhouse interviews, and more. The shows are anchored by veteran sportscaster Brodie Brazil, with analysis from Braden, Dave Stewart, Bip Roberts, and Shooty Babbitt.
