Oakland A's invite fans to FanFest in Jack London Square

The Oakland A's will host their annual FanFest on Saturday, Jan. 27, in Jack London Square. The family-friendly event will begin with an A's Welcome Walk at 9:30 a.m., starting at Scott's Seafood on Broadway and leading to the Ferry Lawn. Players will be introduced at the main stage at the Ferry Lawn at 10 a.m.

The Oakland A's will host their annual FanFest on Saturday, Jan. 27, in Jack London Square. The family-friendly event will begin with an A's Welcome Walk at 9:30 a.m., starting at Scott's Seafood on Broadway and leading to the Ferry Lawn. Players will be introduced at the main stage at the Ferry Lawn at 10 a.m.
FanFest will include autograph, photo, and question-and-answer sessions with current A's players, alumni, coaches, and broadcasters. The free event will also feature the A's four Oakland World Series trophies, free food trucks, a kids zone, and A's merchandise.
Players, including Matt Chapman, Matt Olson, and Marcus Semien, are scheduled to join and interact with fans throughout the day. Fans will also have the opportunity to meet members of the 50th Anniversary Team, including Rickey Henderson, Vida Blue, and John "Blue Moon" Odom.
The A's will hold a press event on Friday, Jan. 26, to unveil a special 50th Anniversary season jersey. Following the press event, players will be available to media for interviews. More details on the press event and media availability will be sent this week.
