July 6th, 2020

Season includes 40 divisional games, plus 20 Interleague games against NL West teams

The Oakland A’s will open the 2020 season on Friday, July 24, at the Oakland Coliseum with a six-game homestand versus the Los Angeles Angels (July 24-27) and Colorado Rockies (July 28-29). The Club will then travel to Seattle for the first road trip of the season, a four-game slate against the Mariners (July 31-Aug. 3).

The 60-game schedule includes 40 divisional games (20 home games and 20 road games), consisting of three series and 10 total games against each American League West opponent. The schedule also includes 20 Interleague games (10 home and 10 road) versus National League West opponents. The A’s will have six off-days during the 2020 regular season, which is set to conclude for all teams on Sunday, Sept. 27.

Per local health guidelines, fans will not be permitted to attend games at the Coliseum this season. Instead, fans can purchase a Coliseum Cutout, a fan image cutout that will be placed in a designated seat for the 2020 season. The A’s will also offer interactive opportunities for fans through the NBC Sports California broadcast throughout the season.
